Spicy Italian sausage, crispy bacon, rich broth, and soft potato noki. This is the ultimate version of zupa tuscana, and it comes together in one pot. Meet me in the kitchen. Let's make it happen. All right, people. First things first, we're going to piss off the pork patrol and fry up as much bacon as you want. Next, we're going in with that Italian sausage right into that bacon fat. Brown that up beautifully. And then we're going in with one diced onion, some red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, a little chicken bullion powder, my AP seasoning, plenty of garlic, and six cups of chicken broth. And then we're going in with some kale for health, followed by some heavy cream, so it's not that healthy. Bring that up to a boil and then add in the potato noki instead of the regular potatoes cuz why the hell not? We're here for a good time, not a long time. We're going to plate this up with plenty of Parmesan cheese and each bowl gets a healthy serving of that chopped up bacon. Brace yourself for a trademark money shot. Say it with me, guys. Looking good. Everything you need is in the caption. Now it's your turn to make it happen.
