Found a Korean restaurant in my city and got obsessed with 수두부찌개 (Sundubu jjigae) it’s kinda expensive there tho, so I figured I’ll just make it at home.
I’ve been eating nothing but this for 1 1/2 weeks now and I don’t get tired of it 🤩🤩 it’s so good

It’s my favorite dish to cook for those whose only experience with Korean cuisine is KBBQ. I’ve make a bunch of different recipes that I’ve found online and tweaked to my tastes. Huge fan of thin pork belly as my meat. Cracked egg is a must too — the yolk broken into the broth just adds amazing body to it.
