Savoiardi biscuits (enough to line a 24 cm tin)Espresso coffee (unsweetened or sweetened)
Tiramisù Cream
5 egg yolks1 cup sugar750 g mascarpone1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste2 tablespoons Kahlúa or Marsala3 egg whites (beaten to stiff peaks)
Whipped Cream Topping
600 ml thickened cream1 teaspoon vanilla bean pasteTablespoon of sugarSplash of Kahlua

Cocoa powderRibbon (optional)MethodBake one vanilla and one chocolate cake mix in 20 cm tins.Once cooled, trim the tops flat and carefully slice each cake horizontally into two layers.Tiramisù cream: Whisk egg yolks with sugar until pale. Fold in mascarpone, vanilla, and Kahlúa/Marsala. Beat egg whites to stiff peaks and fold through. Chill.Line a 24 cm springform tin. Place a vanilla layer on the base and stand Savoiardi biscuits around the edges.Brush the cake with espresso and spread tiramisù cream. Alternate vanilla and chocolate layers, brushing each with coffee and adding cream. Finish with cream on top.Chill for 2 hours or overnight.Whip cream with vanilla and sugar.Pipe small dots on top, dust with cocoa, and tie a ribbon around the cake. ServeChristmas Tree Jell-O Shots Ingredients1 packet jelly crystals1 cup boiling water (as per packet instructions)½ cup vodka (optional)½ cup cold waterMethodPour the jelly crystals into a bowl. Add the boiling water and stir until completely dissolved.Stir in the vodka and cold water.Carefully pour the mixture into Christmas tree moulds or small cups.Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours, or until fully set.Chocolate Cake with Amarena Mascarpone Cream Ingredients

Bake 2 or 3 chocolate cake layers and cool completely.
Amarena Mascarpone Cream
250 g mascarpone, cold300 ml thickened cream, cold80 g icing sugar1 teaspoon vanillaPinch of salt2 to 3 tablespoons Amarena syrup (optional)Amarena cherries MethodWhip cream, icing sugar and vanilla to firm peaks.Gently loosen mascarpone, then fold in the whipped cream until thick.Fold through cherries if using. Chill 20 to 30 minutes.AssembleBrush cake layers lightly with Amarena syrup.Layer with mascarpone cream and cherries (keep away from edges).Finish with cream and extra cherries. Chill before slicing
