Yeah. Asalamaikum view. How are you? Alhamdulillah. Fine. Today we are making Arabic food. Yeah, we are making maluka. This is maluka. Yeah, we have it is similar to the spinach like palak you know but it is mulia it is mainly from uh surya Egypt uh and fari. Yeah. So we have uh chicken, we have half chicken, we have one uh tomato peeled and we have onion, one big onion, size small, we have uh two big spoons of garlic and then three maggi, black pepper and uh zera powder, black pepper and cinnamon. So, we'll be putting two spoon of oil and then we'll heat up the oil. We'll be adding the garlic. Two big spoon because this food needs garlic. And then we'll be adding the cinnamon and the black pepper. And then we will saute the garlic. We'll be putting ghee, one spoon of ghee. We'll be adding the onion but not all. You can say like three uh four spoons of onion. Now we will wait till the onion become light brown. Now we'll be adding the half chicken crush. We'll be adding the black pepper, not all, half spoon. Premiere used scoops. And the powder. Now we'll be adding the salt. 1 tbsp of salt. Now we will saute the chicken. Now it is almost golden brown but we will do it for another 2 minutes. Now we'll be adding the tomato. Two spoon. Now the chicken is golden brown. Now we'll be adding the mulchia. This mulia it is mainly from Egypt. Masar masar. Now we will keep it for at least 15, 20, 20 minutes to boil or steam for 15 to 20 minutes. This one you can have with rice. Rice and it will get lemon. It is a very tasty food. Yeah. See it is so green. Yeah. So now we'll keep it for boiling. Now we'll keep it for steaming. Yeah. Now it's almost 15 20 minutes. Now we'll be adding up water little bit. One glass of water. So now we will dish out the mala. Now the mulia. See how nice is it? This is a very healthy food. Maluka.
