I love cranberries in baked goods, they have a certain tartness to them. I’d add a little orange peel to that. 😋
Wow I just made this yesterday! only I cut the sugar to 1 1/2 cups and the flour to 2 cups and added orange rind. I baked in a 9×13 pan and it’s like an amazing moist coffee cake! My mom’s neighbor gave her the recipe long ago, very very good!
