My Journey in the coffee world began 3 years ago with a chemex, a box of filters and a freshly roasted specialty coffee from Salvador !
Since this, each cup of coffee is a pleasure. I have learned a lot about coffee been, brewing processes, flavours. But this Journey must had a stop in the espresso world. And finally after, 3 years and 6 months of learning about espresso process, I finally took my first cup of espresso, last week and make one of my best shot yesterday, with this machine : The Lelit Mara X !
