My last burger post received 1,000 upvotes which is unprecedented (there’s no president baby!) in celebration I would like to do something a little different. I have been making the same burger over and over in an attempt to perfect what I find to be the most simple burger executed almost perfectly.
Now I would like to open it up to the community, tell me your favorite burgers and burger toppings and I would like to recreate some of them and have discussions about them! If you’re in, comment a burger you love or what you believe to be the best toppings on a burger and I will make them. Cheers to the burger community! Community burgers eh? Alrighty then, I got one for you:
A **Grilled onion burger**. My kiddos favorite, something with a good thick slice of onion grilled on top. Maybe caramelized onions too, or a sauce? Whatever, the onion should be the star of the show

When I make jalepeno cheeseburgers I always put the pickled jalapeños with mustard on the bottom bun, so that its under the patty. That way the tang and the spice hits the taste buds first.
That is the perfect looking hamburger

That burger looks insanely good.
– Side note I started putting mustard/ketchup on bottom bun. The top bun doesn’t slip around on top of the lettuce this way.
