This is one of my labors of love that I do every year, usually a couple of batches. I follow this recipe https://sharedappetite.com/recipes/fire-roasted-chili-with-beer-braised-short-ribs-2/ but I do the braising on the KJ or BGE, I have one of each. Each batch takes around 7 hours give or take but it is worth the effort. Best chili I’ve ever tasted.
