Hi! I'm not sure if the picture is clear but I think I may have over watered these green onions and it has a lot of white fuzz around the stems. Should I trash them or continue?

if you have well draining soil, then it will be fine. As long as the onion looks healthy overall, then I wouldn’t worry about it.

If you suspect that’s fungus you could try popping them out of the ground and removing the outermost layer or two then giving it a 15 minute dunk in diluted peroxide and pop it back in the ground (maybe not in the same spot)
