Mediterranean octopus salad. >> Chop the celery, the red onion, and the carrot to big [music] chunks and add them to the water. Add the octopus legs, the three peeled garlic cloves, and a sprinkle of salt. >> Now we turn it on and let it cook for 15 minutes. Chop the red onion to cubes. Then do the same for the bell pepper. Get the dill off the stems and chop it finely. And do the same for the parsley. Mince the garlic. And at this point, drain the dried tomatoes, about 10 of them, and chop them pretty finely. After 15 minutes of cooking, the octopus [music] is ready. So, we take it out. Cut the octopus like to thin slices and add it to the salad. Squeeze one whole lemon on it. Grind some black pepper on it. Some salt. >> Plenty of oregano. Some extra virgin olive oil. And finally, [music] mix it all together. Bona petito.
