




Life is a holiday – vibes while making this
Step 1: Mini French loaf with mayo, toasted golden. Slather it with a cajun dill remoulade (1/2 cup mayo, 2tbsp Dijon, 2tbsp Crystal hot sauce, 2tbsp Vlasic dill relish, 2tsp chopped capers, 2tsp minced garlic, 2tsp lemon juice, 2tsp each salt, cayenne, Weber cajun seasoning). Season the hell out of some shrimp and deep fry them. I like mine chopped for more efficient sandwich packing.
Step 2: Put alllll that shrimp on the bread and top with more remoulade. I add some extra Crystal to mine
Step 3 and 4: Shredduce and sliced tomatoes, seasoned. A mandoline makes this significantly more enjoyable, but be careful!
Step 5: Assemble and eat my favorite sandwich. Mini French loaves are key!
