This is one of the best and easiest power bowls. It’s got tangy, Mediterranean, and Middle Eastern vibes allinone. It is so good. We’ll start by marinating chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, oregano, lots of sumach, a little yogurt, lemon juice. Mix it well, then let it marinade before cooking. For the salad, I just diced heirloom tomato, Persian cucumber, added black olives, avocado, a little olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and oregano is all you really need here to dress it up. And of course, I had to get some grilled halumi cheese involved in this situation. Just plate it up and enjoy.
