I have faukatcha dco, which is a very thin style of faukatcha with cheese. Then we have fina, which is like a chickpea flour pancake. It’s super crispy. Then we have a couple different types of faukatcha here. This one has spicy salami on it. And this one has straino, pesto, and tomato sauce. Castro, which is a chestnut flour cake with pine nuts on top. Tort de verdura, which is like a vegetable kind of pie. Let’s start with the fata. So crispy. Next we have the faukatcha deco. M. It’s super doughy and I love the starchino on it. Next let’s try the fkaca. Amazing. Tort de verdora. M. I love that filling in there. And last, we have our chestnut flour cake. Look at that. There’s raisins in it, too. Wow.

None of these are street foods lol they don’t have street food vendors on the streets in cinque terra, I’ve been there many times to all villages. You got these from a local restaurant, so by proper definition none of this is street food
