Im 60kg 175cm Male, and NOT LEAN, How much should I really eat? I workout 4-5 times a week doing 4-5 exercises per workout (3-4 sets) I just want to know How much to eat (I walk 4-5k steps on Average so not much)

    Weigh yourself everyday and track your calories. If your weight is stable then start eating more calories until you gain weight. Aim for like 0.5% weight gain per week on average. Also prioritize proteins so you don’t only gain fat.
