This was a winner spin today.
Octopus in chimichurri by Pirate Cannerie

What an incredible tin here, the octopus was tender, a gorgeous texture.
The chimichurri was a beautiful match with the octopus, bringing robust herby notes and a slight tang from the vinegar.
This took me on a journey, from the skilled craftsmanship of the french and the herbaceous hits of south America…. I was blown away.
Next time I will have some potatoes and crusty bread waiting on stand by.
This great tin has peaked my interest in trying their whole line up.
