    —1 pound shells pasta cooked al dente —1 pound ground beef 80/20 —1 packet Taco seasoning —1 tablespoon salt —1 cup chicken stock —1 cup half and half —1 28 ounce can diced tomatoes with juices —1 bunch fresh cilantro —1 yellow onion diced —1 tablespoon corn starch —1 tablespoon minced garlic —4 ounces cream cheese

    I might try this, but prefer to let each star shine flavour wise yet joining them on the same plate. Taco spice packet mince with extra garlic and chili, joined up with a stovetop mac and cheese topped with chopped red onions and baby plum tomatoes. Pasta avant garde pasta fusion, I love breaking the rules! My go to dish is a jujeh kabab aglio e olio (deluxe version has a burrata on top)

    It looks like Italian pasta dishes I’ve made and looks great, so I’m closing my eyes and imagining the flavors based on the ingredients and honestly yeah I can see this being delicious. Just gotta hit it with some cheese brother!

    Now that looks like taco pasta…not what my mom made 2 nights ago…..just seasoned ground beef and tri-color noodles mixed with alfredo…….

    Just a little thicker the sauce, and I would say visually this would be a win! Good job.
