    Well done its rare to see or its medium rare to see such perfect doneness and mediun well done too which really can leave you feeling quite blue about all the perfectly good steak lives lost to medium and all the above.

    I really want to see pics from the top to see the sear. I would say these are perfect if the sear is as good as I think it is.
