Today we’re making a royal-style Turkish eggplant kebab — Zade Kebab Slice 3 eggplants into long thin strips Place on the baking tray 3 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp paprika Brush the mixture on both sides Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes 1 red bell pepper 1 green pepper 1 potato 1 tomato 1 onion 2 tbsp vegetable oil Fry the potatoes 2 tbsp olive oil Add the onions and sauté briefly 2 garlic cloves (crushed) Add the green pepper and red pepper 500 g minced meat 1 tsp tomato paste, 1 tsp pepper paste Add the tomato 1/2 tsp paprika,1/2 tsp black pepper,1/2 tsp cumin,1/2 tsp salt 1 cup hot water Cover and cook for 10 minutes Place the eggplants in the bowl 1 slice of fried potato the prepared minced meat filling mozzarella (grated) Flip the bowls onto the baking tray Finally, add mozzarella on top Bake at 180°C until the top is golden let’s prepare the pasta, 2 tbsp olive oil 1 small onion 2 garlic cloves 1 tbsp tomato paste 1 cups tomato sauce 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp chili flakes, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp thyme 1 tsp sriracha Add the cooked pasta and mix Serve and enjoy Thank you for watching!
