Traditional Homemade Dumplings Recipe
Today I’m sharing a delicious and traditional recipe: Manti!
They have a slightly thicker dough, a flavorful meat filling, and a rich buttery sauce.
You can also freeze them and cook anytime you want — super practical!

⭐ Ingredients
For the dough:

* 8 cups flour
* 1 tbsp salt
* 1 tbsp yogurt
* 2 eggs
* 1.5 cups water

For the filling:

* 400 g ground beef
* 2 onions (grated and squeezed)
* Salt, dried mint, paprika, chili flakes, black pepper

For the sauce:

* 2 tbsp butter
* 1 tbsp red pepper paste (or tomato paste)
* Chili flakes, paprika
* Yogurt (with optional garlic)

⭐ Instructions

1- Knead the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
2- Divide into 3 equal pieces.
3- Mix the meat filling and divide into 3 portions.
4- Roll out each dough about 60–70 cm and cut into 4×4 cm squares.
5- Place filling inside and fold into triangles.
6- Boil the dumplings in salted water for 10 minutes.
7- Serve with yogurt and buttery pepper sauce.

⭐ Freezing Instructions

1- Place the dumplings on a tray and freeze for 30 minutes.
2- Then store them in freezer bags for long-term use.
