**How do you all cook your fish and what kind of fish do you cook?**
Trying to say mindful of what I eat and make sure that it’s healthy so this is for dinner tonight.
I will have 226 grams of it for 220 calories with vegetables and maybe a few baby potatoes. I’m thinking with a lemon butter garlic sauce.

Are you thinking of just pan frying?
I like baking that branzino. 350 about 12 mins then broil for 3. Spritz of olive oil, lemon zest (slice after), crazy Jane, and pepper. Fresh branzino is even better, but this is great to keep on hand.
I’m a big fan of baking a lot of white wish. Cod, orange roughy, whatever my local shop has. I love baked salmon as well with a dry rub. I use chili powder, garlic powder, and a little brown sugar or brown sugar substitute
