   * Cheese Flavor: Peppery, savory and good balance of turmeric
   * Meltiness: n/a
   * Overall: X/10 least grilled cheese I’ve ever had. Flavors were great and I ended up using the rest of it cut up and tiny cubes over some jasmine rice. Very tasty paneer.

   Sounds like a tasty cheese. I wonder if you left out the bread and just grilled the paneer does it still count as grilled cheese? Either way sounds good.

   The paneer needs to be grilled separately, then added to the toasted bread
