Each weekend, the café transforms into a romantic ristorante, featuring candlelit tables, Italian music, and full service.

Caffe Di Caro debuts Italian cuisine Friday and Saturday nights
The twin brother and sister who opened Caffe Di Caro in May shift their Friday and Saturday night cuisine to honor their Italian heritage.
The restaurant does not serve liquor, as Two Bandits continues brewing beer in an adjacent room.
When they first opened in May, Jesus said, “We want to give you a piece of Italy and a piece of Venezuela in every taste. This is a blend of both countries and both cultures.”
The coffee shop introduced customers to their Venezuelan roots. Now, they’re ready to showcase their Italian side.
The Di Carlo family’s journey began in Italy, then moved to Venezuela, and eventually heading to the United States.
The siblings came to Coldwater from Florida for jobs at Clemens, and she moved to the Walmart Distribution Center. Their mother and friends now help at the restaurant.
Caffe Di Caro continues serving coffee, breakfast, and lunch from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and on Sundays from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
On Friday and Saturday evenings, the space transforms for Italian dinner service from 5 to 10 p.m.
“We wanted to bring something new to Coldwater, since there’s no Italian food here yet,” Carolina said.
