Several restaurants in the Upstate are offering take-home meal kits for the Christmas holiday.Most restaurants will have limited hours on Christmas Eve and will be closed on Christmas Day.Meal options range from full feasts to à la carte proteins, sides, and desserts.Customers must place their orders in advance, with deadlines and pickup dates varying by restaurant.
The holidays are here, and several Upstate-based restaurants and diners are offering take-home meals as part of their Christmas menu options.
While most of the area’s local restaurant scene will have abbreviated hours on Dec. 24 and will be closed on Dec. 25, those who want a taste of their favorite Upstate diner will need to place an order immediately.
Here is a list of restaurants offering Christmas take-home meals around the Upstate:
Larkin’s Holiday Kit
Main dishes: Prime rib, ginger-honey-glazed ham, roasted potatoes, loaded mac and cheese, winter salad, chocolate-covered strawberries, and mini cheesecakes.
Additional side dishes: deviled eggs, crab dip, shrimp cocktail, and wine trio.
Fork & Plough
Main dishes: Pre-roasted beef tenderloin and sliced honey-roasted ham.
Side dishes: Cornbread stuffing, collard greens, green bean casserole, mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, and more.
Desserts: Eggnog pie, German chocolate cake, white chocolate cheesecake.
Lewis Barbecue
Lewis Barbecue Frozen Holiday Pick Up menu will be available through email ordering only at shop@lewisbarbecue.com. Prices range between $100 to $300 for proteins and $35 for sides.
Main dishes: Prime brisket, turkey breast, prime rib.
Additional side dishes: Hatch green chile corn pudding, mac n cheese.
The Beacon Drive-In
The Beacon’s Holiday Meal Deal includes a complete feast with two proteins, three side dishes, two holiday pies, and two gallons of tea for $259. Additional sides and holiday meats can be ordered as well. Items must be picked up two days prior to Christmas Day.
Main dishes: Butterball turkey or glazed spiral ham.
Side dishes: Cornbread dressing, mac & cheese, green beans, southern baked beans, cranberry sauce, sweet potato crunch, potatoes and gravy.
Desserts: Peach cobbler, sweet potato pie, pecan pie, pumpkin pie, apple pie.

Dray Bar & Grill’s “Holiday Take & Bake” offers a pre-prepped Christmas feast that includes turkey or ham, sides and a pie that feeds three to six, or six to 10 people. All Items must be ordered by Dec. 21 at noon.
Main dishes: Carved turkey with dressing or maple-glazed smoked ham with whole grain mustard
Side dishes: Green bean casserole, macaroni & cheese, buttered mashed potatoes, house salad
Desserts: Apple or pumpkin pie.
Henry’s Smokehouse
Henry’s Smokehouse “Christmas Turkeys and Hams” are available at both locations, as smoked and deep-fried holiday proteins are on the menu this year. Pricing is confirmed upon call, and all orders must be placed by Dec. 20.
Main dish: Smoked turkey, smoked deep-fried turkey, ham.
