This is absolutely amazing! I have a couple of questions (if you wouldn’t mind): the round pieces look like scallops. Are they ceviche-style? Also, I can’t determine the white chunks next to them. White-fleshed fish? Is this served warm and if so, how do you do it, or do you just throw it up in the air and it lands in that perfect formation while still hot? 🤣
