Cortado. Milk texture / foam level.

I see a lot of posts on here of cortados, pictures of the latte art and questions about how to make them.

Here are two i made, the left has too much foam and is more akin to a small latte than a cortado. The right is more like what i would expect and the same foam level i would expect from a flat white.

What are your thoughts?
