    That looks delicious! You should consider adding chickpeas and a serving of whole grain crackers for balance (and to keep to satiated).

    That looks delicious and beautiful! I appreciate that there’s a lot of veggies (that really should be the foundation for MD meals).

    If you’re coming away hungry, round it out with something whole grain and/or beans or a low fat protein.

    It looks delicious, but how did you feel after you ate this? If it were me, I would feel tired and hungry quickly, because it did not include enough carbs or protein. I would balance this meal out with, for example, a half cup of brown rice and scoop of white beans.
