I generally will put the powdered sugar and almond flour in a food processor and pulse for a few seconds and then I am sifting twice minimal.
Colors look amazing though!

Either pulse your almond flour in a food processor and/or pass it through a fine mesh sieve, tossing the bits that won’t fit through the mesh OR use super-fine almond flour – I prefer Bob’s Red Mill.

Trying this next ! I try the Italian style but don’t like it. It’s a bit sweeter than I like. I use on this one more powder sugar to make them smoother than usual but still not as smooth as I would like it.
