    Hate to be that guy but I’d say thats closer to medium them med rare, that said, I’d eat the shit out of it all day everyday. Looks fire

    Looks good to me.

    The uniformity in color almost leads me to say a touch past where I would prefer it, but that amount would be by very little and really is almost inconsequential.

    Well within acceptable I’d say, maybe even just right depending on preferences and my own feelings on the matter not being definitive.

    Whats with people showing a fraction of the final product. Wheres the sear? How does the whole thing look? Sure this looks med rare but if the outside is slimy then it’s a write off.

    Over cdone for me. If I ordered medium I’d be happy, but I wouldn’t order it medium. If family served it to me I’d 100% eat and say thank you.

    The inside of the steak looks phenomenal. I think it needs a tad more searing, but it’s still an amazing steak.
