Pozole – Pong’s in Claremont

Do not pass this up! Such amazing flavor and broth viscosity. They have it out now and also bring it back for the December holidays. Just as good as my mom's. Shout out to their curry rice dish, too! They also offer a ramen form of it, which is awesome as well.
