I was also inspired to recreate these cookies:

Only I did two teddy grahams, because my SIL is expecting twins! They were a big hit and the cinnamon-orange flavor of the dough worked really nicely with the grahams. Recipe in comments!

    Ingredients:

    550g all-purpose flour

    250g butter

    2 eggs

    1-2 tbsp cinnamon

    260g sugar

    Pinch of salt

    Orange zest from one orange

Decoration (I used teddy grahams and food coloring for the face)

Add all ingredients in a bowl, mix together and wrap the dough in plastic wrap. Rest for an hour in the fridge.

Roll the dough out on a flour-dusted surface and cut out the star shapes. Add the teddy grahams, carefully roll out the “arms” a bit more to elongate them and wrap them around the bears.

Bake for 10-12 minutes at 360, until the edges start to brown slightly. Once cooled, you can add the faces 🙂

Depending on the size of the cookies, this recipe can make 50-100 cookies.
