Looks great, maybe it’s the lighting but would think it be a little pinker? No matter, that is exactly how I like it. Bravo!
Also curious how hot you think the BBQ grill was?

The grill was a gas bbq and the surface temps were 210 c I think the camera makes it look more done than it was. This was a 4 inch thick fillet

Looks a touch overdone for 56c° to me.
I’m sure it tasted fantastic either way.
