I eat bagels every Sunday and always try new ones. I’ve always weighted them and did 80 cal / 1 ounce, from what I typically see the bagels in shops like this (your picture) are about 5 ounces.
I’d count it as 400 for the whole bagel. The ones you buy from a store are usually 3 ounces and 240 cal. Occasionally if it’s a super big bagel it will be 6 ounces but using 400 cal for a bagel out like this, should be more than accurate enough and if anything be a conservative over count. I prefer to estimate a tad over.

hi fish🎣
mixed seed bagel w sesame, caraway, & poppyseed will be directly comparable to a single seeded bagel or even an everything seasoned bagel 🙂
typically bagels from shops like this are on the larger size at least compared to the ≈4oz/≈110g ones you can get at any local grocer…
that said, id compare yours to a 4.5oz/≈125g [bagel from *original bagel*](https://www.webstaurantstore.com/original-bagel-4-5-oz-new-york-style-sesame-seed-bagel-case/876OB97103.html) which has just sesame seeds and goes for ≈***340 calories plain !!***
