
The veggie chili is made with
– yellow and red peppers
– mushrooms
– can of black beans and kidney beans
– tomato sauce
– zucchini
– potatoes
– lemon
– didn’t had any corn but I’d put a can also
– paprika, turmeric, oregano, chilli powder, garlic and onion and non fatty chipotle sauce
The wings were air fried in a peppery dry rub
With a small portion of rice! All in all for this plate it’s about 430 cal for 35 grams of protein for the pictured plate. *I added the sauce of the chilli after to show the proportion of vegg!
