
Ingredients:
2 eggs
A handful of spinach
1 chicken sausage
Mozzarella cheese
1 tomato
Tzatziki sauce
Seasoning of preference
Oil
Preparation:
Grate the chicken sausage and sautee with the spinach in oil until cooked then add the previously seasoned egg and scramble together.
Toast the garlic naan to desired crisp and then put some of the tzatziki sauce on top.
Add then sliced tomatoes and the spinach eggs on top and ready to eat. Perfect for breakfast , lunch or dinner.
