Made a Korean-Thai inspired marinade for a couple of salmon fillets. Heated the leftover marinade with some water for a sauce to add to the rice and long stem broccoli. Turned out great for a Monday night tea.

Marinade was made up with 2 tbs soy sauce; 1 tbs gochujang paste; 1 tbs fish sauce; 1 tbs honey; 1 tbs honey; 1 tbs sweet chilli sauce; 1 tsp crushed garlic; 1 tsp crushed ginger; 1 tsp crushed chilli.
