These are completely homemade croissant dough made from the cookbook Lune. Topped with a homemade cream cheese filling and quick homemade blueberry jam.

    Is that stacked phyllo dough or are those homemade danishes? Danishes are a rich dough and filo dough is a lean dough. I think you cheated here so the taste won’t be as good as a real Danish but still it looks good. They were prepared with love and that’s very important.

    Gorgeous!!!! I‘very just got into laminated dough recipes! See if you can find a good recipe for kouign Amman ! It’s very similar to croissants but sweeter and can be used to make danish as well :))

    Looks great. I think you’ve inspired me to make some again. I do the same bow tie kind of fold, it’s easy and impressive.
