Only problem I see is the Oklahoma Joe side-by-side. I sold mine because I had to keep the smallest of fires in the far side of the offset to have even a 325 degree temp in the furthest side of the cooking chamber. Otherwise, that cooking chamber could get over 400 quickly. Then with such tiny fires, I was adding fuel every 20 minutes. Because the fire was so low, it was also hard to keep a clean smoke.
It’s a beautiful idea, but for me was a disappointment.

That’s extremely similar to my setup. I have
1. Weber Kettle
2. Traeger pellet smoker
3. Charbroil gas grill
That’s not a problem, that is a collection.
