
These are by far the best, crispiest wings I’ve made! I did away with the baking powder and just stuck to oil.
Dry the wings completely and coat with oil, salt and white pepper.
Air fry at 380 degrees for 12 min
Turn over and another 12 min @ 380
Turn over one last time for 6 min at 400 deg
Toss in Frank’s Red Hot mixed with butter

Not a huge fan of whole wings but I’d def try these. I don’t discriminate! Looks good

I just tried baking powder for the first time and hated it (aluminum free). A dry brine with salt over night has worked well for me but I might try some oil on the next round.
Also – what kind of oil did you use at 380?
