Just reminds me that people pay WAY less than I do for groceries. Bell peppers have been 2\3$ here for a long time, anywhere you go. Bananas this time a year won’t be less than $1\lb. Mushrooms are minimum 2.99 for that box.

Wow some of that stuff is so cheap!  Amazing!

I’m floored by 10c an egg!

Eating healthy for so cheap sure is location dependent.

The egg prices alone are making me weep. So jealous.

Where I live limes are 99 cents each, raspberries would be $6-8, the chicken would be $11-15, cilantro is about $2, beef would be at least double that. I could go on but food has just become so expensive in Canada. I don’t know how people with more than 1 child are able to feed them good food. We do not have Aldi or Trader Joes.

Our neighbor gave us a Christmas present of all Aldi snacks-the Moser Roth chocolate is sooo good! He gave us a bunch of items we want but never buy for ourselves-such a great present!

Wait I thought grocery prices in California were suppose to be higher/ highest? I shop at Aldis in the north east, and i buy most of what you buy like lac-free milk, eggs, fish, chicken, bananas, etc… and i pay more on every one of these items 🫨

For example, there’s not a single grocery store where a dozen of eggs is below $2
