    i will tell you some secret…ha-ha after cook samgyupsal, fry kimchi in samgyupsal oil……so good!

    One of my favorite meals in Korea was right next door to my Hagwan…Samgyeopsal cooked on a downhill sloped griddle. Pork on top, onion, mushroom, garlic, etc put below the pork to cook in the fat, with kimchi on the very bottom for maximum pork fat cooking. Wrapped in perilla leaf. Man I miss this

    Usually koreans add tofu here. The three pillars of anju: dubu, kimchi, samgyup.
