Now, *actual* poutine served in a sundae glass would be okay, and kinda almost cool, except it would concentrate the gravy too much and make the fries soggy, IMO. This isn’t really poutine. And …. I’m not sure what St. Albert cheese is, but *please* tell me that it’s the white scoops that I’m really hoping isn’t ice cream.
