    Nice. The plating could use a little work… but I’d still say these look way better than the typical crockpot balls. If you have rosemary plants or other green herb, maybe stick a sprig in the top bun? Or not. Not hating, just saying we eat with our eyes first.

    If you don’t have a rosemary plant, get one. They’re impossible to kill, grow fast, and work with almost everything from turkey to cocktails.
