This is Smithfield Mike's hot honey bacon that I slathered in duck fat, four different types of hot sauces and an assortment of spices. Cooked until crispy in the oven.
The bread is when pigs fly sourdough covered in ghee on both sides, sriracha and more hot sauce. Taste of inspirations wildflower honey ham and Smithfield honey ham. Finlandia thick cut swiss cheese with avocado on top. The whole thing put into the air fryer.

Duck fat fries are good. Putting duck fat on bacon… Needless over kill
Pretty sure that avocado extends your shelf life by weeks, if not months. You’re good.
I’ve never put a sandwich in the air fryer before, I think I’ll have to try it because this looks good.
