This is my first loaf with the starter I’ve recently posted about. 60 grams starter 450 grams flour 340 grams of water. We let it BF for abouttttt 6/7 hours. And then did Dutch oven covered for 20 then uncovered for another 25(forgot to take pic of top fresh out sorry!). Around 450 to then dropped to 375. Waited overnight to cut to let it cool and cook and I must say I think it looks good it tastes great. Any tips or suggestions or critiques? I want to get better
