
Went to a new store on my way home to pick up some pinto beans and they had these bagged and unbranded beans next to the pintos. I never saw them before and usually the non branded, sketchy bagged products are the best in the Mercados around me, so I snagged 2 of them.
What kind of bean are they and are they? Any difference in how to use them or do I cook them up like any black or pinto bean?
