I smoke it to 118 degrees. Then i sear it on my blackstone and rest for 20 minutes. Serve with sliced baguette and fresh chimichurri. Its impossible to beat!

I have a work buddy from California (in Texas now), and he was always raving about tri-tip. I finally gave in and wasnt disappointed. I just wish it was readily available in our grocery stores

Dude, that looks absolutely perfect! Tri tip is legit one of the best cuts out there and I feel like way too many people sleep on it. I only tried it for the first time last summer on my pellet grill and now it’s a regular thing at my house.
