Target was having a stellar deal on lift bowl KitchenAids, and I’ve been wanting to upgrade my tiny little classic plus for ages. So I bought myself a Hanukkah gift. I can’t wait to see what it can do for my doughs! I was always too scared to try diuggs with the classic plus because it has such a weak motor.

I recommend the commercial one for breads.

Beautiful! I had an Artisan tilt head mixer and had to trade it in for one of these. Dough is no joke.

  6. Just know it’s possible to adjust the height of the dough hook by using the screw at the back. Took me 5 years to figure that out by seeing a random gif

Serious question.. how is it with bread like sourdough etc I’ve really been trying to find one that can handle it the one currently I have has lasted for years but it CANT handle dough it will mix way slower than the settings i put it on and make cringing sounds. I definitely don’t want to break it so I gave up. Lol (I have a whall ?)

I bought a Hamilton Beach mixer and now it’s broken after maybe 24 uses. I’m so frustrated with the warranty and the insurance and Walmart. Hamilton Beach will replace it but I have to pay $40 in shipping. I’m never going to cheap out again. I wanted my money back so I could put it towards a Kitchen Aid.
