    The Denver cut looks redder than its actual doneness due to extraordinary amount of myoglobin. It’s also the reason this cut is very juicy.

  7. Wtf is a “Denver steak”? Though it looks great, why does everyone feel the need to rename the most basic recipes in an attempt to appropriate them to a region? You didn’t invent anything new. ” Freedon fries” are still French fries and the “Denver steak” is nothing more than an abomination of an attempt at renaming it. Grow the fuk up USA!
