Not a fan of shiitake mushrooms, but the way she prepared them were delicious! Every single course was meticulously and thoughtfully prepared. No misses at all! Plus Nikki still makes time to greet every table at the end.

Just for my curiosity on scale, have you been to some other hard hitting Japanese restaurants?
Fat duck is up there for me too! Lovely experience, just wish it was a little more conveniently located.
