Thank you to whom ever recommended making flat bread. I’m an inpatient cook and this stuff fits the bill! I always hate waiting hours do bread to rise. I tastes so much better than store bought.

    Whole wheat flatbread
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    2 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup greek yogurt
    Mix first three ingredients in a mixing bowl. Take out 1/4 cup for dusting work surface later. Mix in greek yogurt. Divide dough into 8 pieces and roll out. Cook each piece in a Skillet, preterably cast iron on medium heat, flipping over when the first side is cooked. Look for bubbles.

    Do these rise while cooking at all?

    We had a wonderful Med lunch yesterday while out shopping with our youngest. My meal came with flat bread, it was a good 1/4 inch thick if not more, and so yummy. 😋

    We each took half of our meals home and had the rest for dinner. I hadn’t eaten my flat bread at lunch, but for dinner I tore it in to pieces and scooped up the hummus that came with my lunch.

    I definitely want to try your recipe, regardless.
